Hi! I'm Andrea Bieber from Fulks Run, Virginia. Art has always been my love and I started doing stained glass when I was 16 years old after a basic instructional unit in my high school Crafts class. I was bit by the bug from then on and I acquired my own tools to continue projects outside of school. I went on to major in art in university where I had further independent instruction in advanced glass techniques. I concluded my undergrad experience with my senior show which featured stained glass as the primary medium. One of the largest projects I've completed is an octagon fish tank. I have been doing glass for 7 years now. After undergrad I went on to grad school and completed my M.A. in counseling. I work as a psychosocial rehabilitation counselor at a day program for the chronically mentally ill. Daily I use my art/counseling mix in therapeutic techniques. I have been married for 2 years and my husband and I have a dog and a cat that we dearly love. Some of my other hobbies include cooking, volleyball, and anything outdoors -- camping, fishing, and hunting!
