Hi, My name is Hope. I live in Georgia with my husband Mark and our five dogs. I'm a nurse and the Dietary Manager in a long term care facility.

I have always had a big interest in the art of stained glass but while raising a family and working a full time job, there was little time or funds left to get involved in it. A couple years ago when both of my daughters were getting married I knew I had to find something to occupy my time. Hence...Stained Glass. Needless to say, It didn't take me very long to become addicted.

Since we live in a rural area, there was no place for me to take a class. I've learned from trial and error, and from advice I have gotten on the WC message board. The knowledge that the pros share here has just been invaluable to me. When I saw the post from Charles about Battlefield:Glass I knew I would be up against some really tough competition, but I had to give it a shot. I dont know how far I'll get but I'll have fun getting there!!! :)
