Hello, My name is Loretta Flint, I have lived in Millerton, NY with my husband Charlie for 40 years. I have three children and three grandchildren. We have plans to move to South Carolina in a year or so when Charlie decides to retire. We have our retirement home already purchased and waiting for us. I make several short trips there each year.

I have done about all the crafts through the years, but seemed to grow out of them...but not so with glass. From the time I was a child and watched a neighbor artist work on church windows, I've been in love with glass! When I asked him to show me how to cut glass, I was told "it's a man's job". Well, I finally found someone to give me a couple of classes and then bought a book and learned by trial and error. I have been working with glass for about 6 years now and have sold as many pieces as I gave away. I like to do God's critters, etc. Love hummingbirds and dolphins. At present I have several pieces in 3 gift shops, a cafe in SC and a running show at the Sharon Health Care Center where the residents, staff and visitors all enjoy seeing and buying my work. Residents get a 15% discount of course! I'm always looking for a challenge have done most all the whirls.
