I have been a lifelong crafter and what began as a hobby has turned into a passion for me. After a series of lessons I began building foil and lead panels and 3-D projects with the assistance of my husband. I enjoy creating natural scenes and incorporating them into custom art panels.

The supportive attitude of my family and growing interest of friends led to the opening of a retail glass studio/craft mall showcasing the work of local artists 2 years ago. I am currently working on a series of panels for a customer and also teaching glass classes on a part-time basis. The WC Battlefield:Glass contest is the first for me and is a much anticipated step as it will test my design ability with time constraints.

Being a full-time craftperson, wife, and the mother of a girl, 11 , and boy, 13, as well as 6 parrots, 4 dogs, 3 turtles, 2 cats and 1 rabbit does not leave alot of time for my newest hobby of hot air ballooning.
