Being 3-D it was a bit tricky to get a good shot of it. The size is 19" high X 24" wide X 9" deep. It was made with 3 lovely hummingbird bodies, glass, copper tubing, wire, copper mesh cloth, and a large, interesting piece of driftwood. The flowers are my secret weapon.

My finished project is called "Good ol' summer time." Its finished size is 12.5 W x 7D x15H. There are over 350 pieces. It is made out of Spectrum glass. I just started into making glass beads after the hummingbird bodies came, so I wanted to try and use some of the beads in the project. I made tiny stamen out of the hot glass. The hardest part was trying to find something to use for the stem of the stamen that wouldn't melt in the torch. I used brass rods and made them really quick. I also made a little Lady Bug that is on the end of one of the pieces of grass. To make it "ol' " I left out one of the slats on the side. Old arbors always have missing slats.
