How did you first get started in stained glass?

Ihad always wanted to try my hand in stained glass since I went to Europe as a teen. I admired all the windows in the cathedrals and marveled at how they withstood the passage of time. When I started working in glass, I found there was so much more to do than flat windows. I love 3-d glasswork.

What expectations do you have heading into this contest?

Heavy and difficult competition.

What do you feel are your strong/weak points in stained glass?

Strong points are I am up for the contest and enjoy making different and unusual glass projects. Weakness is the same......

What other hobbies do you enjoy?

All arts and crafts.

Is there anything else you'd like to tell us about yourself?

I use stained glass as a buffer and stress reliever for my regular job. I register sex offenders for our county sheriff's office.
