How did you first get started in stained glass?

A class at my community recreation center

What expectations do you have heading into this contest?

To push myself creatively as well as challenge my practical skills to create something I'm proud of.

What do you feel are your strong/weak points in stained glass?

Creativity for certain is my weak point. I guess I'd have to say my enthusiasm and love of the craft are my strong points as I'm not really that good yet to brag on myself.

What other hobbies do you enjoy?

I also enjoy cooking, reading, and building websites.

Is there anything else you'd like to tell us about yourself?

I'm a stay at home mom to two little ones. Friends are amazed I have so many hobbies, especially one so "unchild-friendly" such as stained glass. I love my time in the garage where my worktable is... you can usually find me out there rocking out to some tunes on the CD player! :-)
